Pat’s inbox lists a dozen sample threads that are not yet on an item, including directors and vendors. Suggest, Send to Queue, or Add to item removes a thread from Mail. Send to Queue asks for a project name for one email or several. On the phone, Add to item checks one Queue or Docket item, then Add. Mail, Queue, Docket, and Meetings are the bottom bar. Private director notes stay off this list. This sample does not file mail.
